Compliance
Consent on every lead. Here is the evidence.
Written for whoever reviews your DPAs: how consent is captured, what sits on every record, and the four things we refuse to do.
The short version
Every contact opted in by name, on a page we publish, and we can show you the timestamp, the wording and the IP for any one of them. The contracting entity is NorthRadar Media (United States). We will sign your DPA or work from ours.

What ships with every lead
The asset the person asked for and the moment they asked for it travel in the same file as the lead, so your follow-up can open on what they actually read.

What we refuse to do
These are the four shortcuts that make a lead cheap and a legal review expensive.
We don't buy lists
No purchased data enters the database, at any point, for any reason.
We don't rent audiences
Every send goes to people who opted in on a property we operate.
We don't resolve anonymous traffic
No third-party identity graph. If we can't point at the opt-in, they aren't in the database.
We don't append from brokers
A field we don't hold stays empty rather than being filled from a third party.
Withdrawal
Unsubscribe is honoured across every property in the network, not only the one the person subscribed to. Data subject requests are handled by NorthRadar Media and actioned within the statutory window for the applicable regime.
Suppression
Send a suppression list before kickoff — domains, individual addresses or both. Applied before the first send, with mid-flight updates actioned within one business day. Existing customers, open opportunities and competitors all suppressed on request.
