In-market status as a field in your CRM, not a score nobody can explain.
Every stage on our records traces back to a recorded action by a named person. You can put it in a scoring model, a routing rule or a report and defend it.
From recorded action to a field your systems can use.
- 1We record the action
Reads, downloads and pricing views on our own properties are written to a log against a named, opted-in person. Nothing is inferred from an IP address.
- 2We resolve and stage it
Signals from every site and newsletter are resolved to one identity, and the person is staged as researching or in market from what they did.
- 3We deliver one schema
The same fields arrive every day as a CRM sync, a file, a warehouse share or a webhook, with dedupe keys and suppression applied.
"role": "Head of People" "stage": "in_market" "asset_downloaded": "HRIS implementation checklist"
One record per lead, the same structure every day. Example: HRIS.
What you have now, and what you get.
- ✕A third-party score nobody can trace
- ✕A different file layout from every vendor
- ✕Duplicates and suppression fixed by hand
- ✓A stage backed by a recorded action and a timestamp
- ✓One documented schema, the same every day
- ✓Stable keys and your suppression lists applied before delivery
Three things you get that a rented list cannot give you.
A real input for scoring
Feed recorded actions and stage into your own model instead of importing a vendor's opaque number. You decide the weights.
One schema, every day
The same fields, in the same order, delivered daily as a CRM sync, a file, a warehouse share or a webhook. Nothing to re-map each campaign.
Hygiene is documented
Dedupe keys, suppression lists and event types are written down for whoever owns the integration, before the first record arrives.

Which systems do you deliver into?
Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua and Snowflake, plus CSV, API and webhooks into tools like Clay and n8n. If your programs run through Integrate or Convertr, we deliver to your template and field spec.
How do you handle duplicates and suppression?
Records carry stable keys for dedupe, and we suppress against the lists you supply. Both are documented on the developers page.
Can we use the stage in lead routing?
Yes. Stage is a plain field on the record, so it can drive routing, scoring and sequence triggers like any other property.
